Job Title: Program Delivery and Learning Experience

Location: VI, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: N800,000

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Program Delivery & Learning Experience Manager to ensure technical and business programs are delivered consistently, practically and to a measurable standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and adapt curricula to align with learner and employer needs
  • Develop program delivery plans, calendars, assessments and student milestones
  • Support instructor selection, onboarding and readiness
  • Coordinate classes, workshops, materials, equipment and assessments
  • Observe teaching sessions and provide feedback and coaching to instructors
  • Track student attendance, performance, progression and completion
  • Establish consistent assessment and competency standards
  • Monitor the overall learner experience and student feedback
  • Maintain quality assurance records and documentation
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on program and student performance
  • Identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external training partners

Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ relevant experience in program delivery, academic operations, TVET, workforce development, learning and development, education quality assurance or a related field
  • Experience translating existing curricula or training frameworks into structured delivery plans
  • Experience monitoring instructor/facilitator performance and providing feedback or coaching
  • Strong understanding of learner assessment, competency measurement and performance tracking
  • Experience managing multiple courses, cohorts, instructors or delivery partners
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Management, a technical discipline, Social Sciences or a related field
  • Experience in TVET, apprenticeships, skills training or employer-led learning is strongly preferred
