WE’RE HIRING | MANAGER PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)

ipNX Nigeria Limited | Lagos | Permanent | Hybrid

The Role

This role owns project governance across all MNS deployments — portfolio management, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across NDAS, NOCC, FOAS, and SACS teams

What You Will Own

– Define and maintain ipNX’s project management methodology, standards, and tools
– Oversee the full project portfolio — prioritisation, resource allocation, and performance tracking
– Support Technical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
– Lead stakeholder management and serve as the executive escalation point for all project issues
– Drive change management initiatives across the organisation
– Develop and manage the PMO budget and evaluate PM tooling

You Are the Right Fit If You Have:

Must have:

✅ 7–10 years in project management, programme management, or delivery management

✅ Minimum 3 years managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in telecoms, IT services, or infrastructure

✅ PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Certified ScrumMaster — mandatory

✅ Demonstrated portfolio management experience — multiple concurrent projects

✅ Proficiency in PM tools — MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com

✅ BSc in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Project Management

Bonus: PgMP | ITIL v4 | Six Sigma Green Belt | Cisco CCNA
