About the Programme
Yoke Solutions has been engaged by the Ekiti State Government to operationalise the Ekiti Labour Market Information System (EKLMIS), a digital platform designed to connect job seekers with real employment opportunities. The 8-week Mobilisation Programme will validate EKLMIS as an active employment engine by engaging employers, activating registered candidates and generating the evidence needed for long-term scale.
The Role
The Programme Manager will lead all field operations in Ado-Ekiti. This is a hands-on delivery role at the centre of the programme. You will drive employer engagement, coordinate with government ministries and ensure the day-to-day work is moving toward measurable employment outcomes. You will work closely with the Yoke Solutions team in Lagos and represent the programme on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations for the EKLMIS Mobilisation Programme
- Identify, engage and onboard employers across target sectors including BPO, agriculture, logistics, hospitality and remote work
- Build and manage relationships with Ministry officials, government agencies and institutional partners
- Oversee candidate verification, profiling and readiness assessment activities
- Drive community outreach across LGAs, universities and markets to activate registered candidates
- Manage the programme schedule, field team coordination and logistical planning
- Produce weekly progress reports and maintain the KPI dashboard
- Escalate risks and blockers promptly to the Yoke Solutions leadership team
- Represent Yoke Solutions professionally in all stakeholder interactions
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in programme management, workforce development, recruitment or a related field
- Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with employers, government officials and community stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional reports
- Self-starter who can drive results independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Ekiti State business and government landscape is a strong advantage
- Experience with government programmes or donor-funded projects is desirable
- Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Ado-Ekiti for the full duration of the contract

Pay: ₦350,000.00 – ₦450,000.00 per month
