Our Client is looking for an exceptional Head of Digital Media Growth & Creator Partnerships (MCN) Manager to lead and scale our digital media ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly experienced digital media leader with a proven track record of growing large social media brands, leading high-performing creative teams, and delivering measurable audience growth and business results.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience in a recognized MCN, Digital Media Company, Creator Agency, Media House, or Digital Publishing Company.
• Proven experience managing at 4 major social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated success in organically growing multiple accounts from approximately 600,000 to over 1 million followers, supported by verifiable analytics or performance reports.
• Strong experience leading teams of Content Creators, Hosts, Influencers, Video Editors, Videographers, Community Managers, and Social Media Specialists.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, short-form content strategy, livestream commerce, audience growth, creator management, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Company’s Social Media & MCN operations.
• Develop and execute content and audience growth strategies across multiple platforms.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, brand visibility, and measurable business results.
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Executive Management to achieve the Company’s marketing and commercial objectives.
