Job summary
We are looking for a young, smart, and dynamic operations lead to work closely with the managing director in coordinating business operations, managing projects, engaging clients and stakeholders, and supporting business growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Support the MD in managing daily operations and ongoing projects.
Coordinate project teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as a key contact for clients and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service.
Support the preparation of proposals, bids, presentations, reports, and business documents.
Represent the MD at selected meetings, events, and business development engagements.
Coordinate training, research, procurement, logistics, and other client projects as required.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and action points, escalating issues where necessary.
Support business development activities and identify new opportunities.
Perform other duties assigned by the MD to support business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations management, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years’ relevant experience in operations, project management, consulting, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, organisation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision.
Experience in consulting, procurement, logistics, energy, contracting, proposal writing, or bidding is an advantage.
PMP or MBA is an added advantage.
Candidates must be 30 years old or younger in 2026.
Willingness to travel occasionally, particularly to Abuja, when required.

What We Offer:

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly Net

Discretionary bonuses on executed and paid projects, with exposure to diverse consulting and business projects and opportunities for professional growth.
Note: Working from home is usually Fridays, subject to business needs
