Our client is a leading financial services firm with operations across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Asset Management and Financial Advisory.
The organisation is undergoing technology-driven transformation and is seeking a strategic technology leader to drive digital innovation, AI adoption, cybersecurity and technology operations.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of progressive technology experience with significant leadership experience
* Strong background in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Banking, Fintech or Financial Services
* Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives
* Strong knowledge of AI, Automation, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Systems Integration
* Experience managing technology teams, budgets and large-scale projects
* Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP or ITIL are an advantage

Remuneration: 4 Million Gross monthly
